better ones to come along. It shows less
double (or triple) chin than many, and it’s
taken from a fun moment and memory. Don’t
ask me why I made the gestures the way I did, I was “in the moment” with the kids.
Children are our precious gifts from God that we have but a brief time to enjoy in their
youth and adolescence. It’s also a brief time to share with them the mistakes you’ve
made and try to influence them to avoid doing the same. Youth, as is clay, much
easier to mold before time has its hardening effects. It’s truly Love that can create
masterpieces.
I continually wonder if the main reason why we are here on this earth isn’t to learn
just that. Life is a precious miracle of never-ending wonder and discovery. For those
who have difficulty seeing this with the cards that have been dealt to them,
I hope life changes so it’s easier to see. I tend to believe that the cards dealt aren’t
actually a chance throw. In the grand scheme of things, I hope that what we have
gives us something special to learn and develop with. Who actually would know for
sure? As time draws nearer to the end of this human sojourn, I, as many I believe,
hope that “this isn’t all there is.” I hope this is one step of many that will lead us to
something that, if we could comprehend it on this earth and in this form,
be breathtaking.
